Recording and Checking your Ancestors Genealogies

When you start to build a family tree, it is easy to make mistakes when recording data. This can happen as you transcribe information that is poorly written or written incorrectly to being with. This can also happen as you type, by erroneously hitting the wrong key. That is why we have included some check and balance features in our program.

Capture your Possible File Errors

Unlikely birth, death, and event information can occur as a result of typing incorrect names, dates, or missing data. Our report helps the user to understand what unlikely facts they have, so they can make corrections or find missing family history genealogies information. You can view this in a report,as well as,see possible issues from the People List; just rollover the icon to see the problem.

Unlikely Genealogy Data

Monitor the Changes to your Family Genealogies Tree with our Audit Trail Report

With our genealogy program you can see the changes that you and your contributors have made. This helps users to understand who made what changes to your files.

Program Audit Trail

Backup and Recall from a Prior Day

If you have had someone make changes that you don’t agree with, you either delete the changes, or ask us to restore your data. This can be done for the last two days.

Build your Ancestry Tree and View File Statistics

With our program, you can see what ancestry information you have accumulated in your files. It tracks family genealogies data as well as statistics on who lived the longest, the ancestor with the most number of children, marriage statistics, and more.

Your Family Tree Privacy Settings

With our program, you can decide what information you want to share about your living people with your Visitors. Visitors are the people that you invite to look at your family tree.

Contributors are given access on a role basis. Create as many roles as you like and give access to each module with full access, read only, or no access.

Collaborative settings are for sharing minimal information with other people that are using the program. You can opt to be private, or be searchable. If you are searchable, minimal information is shared. First and last name, birth and death dates, and parents names. You can then send a message to start a conversation and decide if you want to share more information, or invite that person to see your family tree.
